90-Day Warranty at GoKidRider

Warranty Coverage:

GoKidRider guarantees that each of our products is free from material or manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days.

This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts only. In some cases, we may request that the faulty part be returned for assessment.

Exclusions:

This warranty applies solely to the replacement of parts and does not cover the following:

• Items not purchased directly from Gokidrider.

• Damage caused by improper use or neglect.

• Wear and tear from regular use.

• Any modifications or tampering carried out by the user.

• Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.

• Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email at hi@gokidrider.com. Provide the order date, product name, purchaser’s name, your contact details, and a description of the issue or part that needs replacing. In certain cases, we may ask you to send back the defective part before dispatching a replacement. We’ll ensure that you receive the required components as quickly as possible.
