If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the order has already been shipped, changes may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Gokidrider only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. For more specific information, please refer to our shipping page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Product Information and Care

Are the ride-on cars easy to assemble?

 Yes, all of our ride-on cars come with detailed assembly instructions. Most customers find the assembly process straightforward and can complete it within 30-60 minutes. If you encounter any issues during assembly, please email us at hi@gokidrider.com, and we can provide you with detailed step-by-step video tutorials.

How should I maintain my ride-on car?

To ensure the longevity of your ride-on car, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth and storing it indoors when not in use. Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions to prevent damage.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Items that are in their original packaging and have not been assembled may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been used or assembled are not eligible for return. Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
