Returns

Return Policy:

If the item is in its original packaging and has not been assembled, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been used or assembled are not eligible for return. Returns are not accepted for multiple-item orders. Please note that our product support team is available to assist you, and we stock all parts—if you need help, just let us know. In certain cases, we may provide a part, a replacement item, a refund, or an exchange, at the discretion of our support team.

 

Return Authorization:

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hi@gokidrider.com. Include your order date, product name, purchaser’s name, reason for return, your name, shipping address, and telephone number to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not ship any products before receiving your RMA number along with return instructions.

 

Return Processing:

Once we receive the item and complete our inspection, we will process a refund or replacement. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is not defective and a refund is issued, it will be for 75% of your original payment.

 

To Make a Return or Exchange:

 

1. Please email us to request an RMA number.

2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using FedEx or UPS Ground) and ensuring the contents are protected against damage. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
